Looking to build your dream home with Clarendon Homes in South East Queensland? They build in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between. When it comes to determining a price, it’s impossible to give an exact answer about a hypothetical case. In all honesty, it’s best to take the prices you see on a builder’s website with a grain of salt (this is the case with every builder, not just Clarendon) as there are many things that can add additional cost to your build.

A variety of elements like the condition of the property, location, permits, registration fees, construction costs, site preparation and inclusions will bump up the price. This isn’t even taking into account that pricing is constantly changing.

With that in mind, the point of this article is to get a general idea of what to expect from Clarendon’s prices and inclusions rather than considering it written in stone. How do you know if it’s a fair deal or if you’re being had? Get in touch with Buildi and we can run through all the details and provide our expert opinion. Even better, you tell us what you’re after and we’ll help you find the perfect builder for you.

For those looking for a more affordable option, Domaine Homes is a spin-off company of Clarendon Homes created specifically to appeal to consumers looking for an affordable option.

Single Storey Homes

When it comes to home designs, single storey homes are the most popular, due to their wide range in floorplans, prices and sizes. Clarendon Homes has over 40 different single storey home designs (some being variations on a style) for you to compare on their website. Most homes will have multiple facade options and all have a lifetime structural guarantee.

Acreage Homes

Ever thought of moving out to a rural area and building a large, country home? Chances are the design you’re thinking of is an acreage home design. This is definitely for those with larger properties. You can compare the three different Acreage Home designs (listed as Country Living range) on Clarendon’s website.

Double-storey Homes

Clarendon Homes specialise in double-storey homes with a wide range of homes available. A great option to meet your family’s lifestyle and needs. If you’re interested in a smaller lot, but still want a bigger home, a double-storey home offers a small footprint, yet lots of space.

Narrow block Homes

Smaller blocks are more common than ever, especially in the city and in development communities. The good news is that a well-designed floor plan can help you get the most out of limited space. Clarendon Homes has a few options for blocks with a 10m width, including a lot of double-storey home designs, which will provide you with a lot of house space despite the smaller footprint.

3 Bedroom Homes

Clarendon Homes has four 3 Bedroom Home designs available. Quoted prices range from $205,900 for the Ella 15 to at least 228,800 for the Viva 20. The three-bedroom houses are some of Clarendon’s smallest designs, with house sizes ranging between 140.60m2 to 181.80m2

Ella 15

Viva 20

These designs would be great for first home buyers (either a couple or a small family), or those looking for a smaller home. The Ella 15 and Appin 16 can both fit on a lot with just a 10m width.

4 Bedroom Homes

There are a lot more options for 4 Bedroom Homes than for three-bedroom home designs. Big enough to accommodate a family without necessarily breaking the bank. Four Bedroom Homes is a pretty loose term, so there are a lot of designs and styles and prices that you can find under this umbrella.
