For example, some of the inclusions and fixtures in a display home won’t be part of the standard inclusions, and the builder might not bother to point this out unless you specifically ask.

At North Habour, land prices have started from as low as $211,000 with builders offering promotions, most lots will end up costing you more. Land sizes range from 312m2 to as large as 900m2, so compared to other estates, there actually is a bit of range. Whether lots in all these sizes will be available is a whole different story.
