- Being a smaller builder means they could be a riskier choice.
- Some customers are not happy with their build times or finishes.
Coral Homes
Coral Homes is a volumes builder who founded on the Gold Coast in 1990.

Dixon Homes was founded in 1959 and as there motto, ‘More for Less’, promises, they’ve made a name for themselves as an affordable option. They’re a franchised builder, so odds are, they have a location near you.

- Different locations will have different approaches.

G.J. Gardner Homes
One of the most recognisable names in Australian building, G.J Gardner has been building in Queensland for over 37 years.

- Quality of their houses has received complaints.
