Is Lilywood Landings the right area for me?

Lilywood Landings as it is new may feel quiet while the community continues to establish itself. However it plans to offer a peaceful riverside lifestyle with parklands, walking trails, and scenic views. The master-planned community is family-friendly, with parks and growing amenities including shops and childcare.

However the downsides are that it is a developing estate, with ongoing construction that may cause some disruption. The area is car dependant as public transport is limited with the nearest train station being 5.5kms away. For those who are in and out of Brisbane it would be a 1-1.5 hour commute. While amenities are improving, any services still require travel to get t. The upside is that Lilywood Landing is a short drive from the retail hub of the Morayfield strip.
