Redlands display home house and land packages
Currently Shoreline Estate has a new land release in the pipeline located at The Reserve. With the latest being the Daisy Reserve at Stage 19A. In April 2026, the first bayside precinct, Bay Hill, will be launched. The initial release will feature 11 homesites, with prices starting from $716,000. The full development is planned to include a total of 294 lots.
