The Right Builder for You

The best decision I made when building my home was having the Buildi team broker for me. After buying the land, I found choosing a builder and the many decisions complicated and overwhelming. There were many pitfalls that could cost me a lot of money and would have been very stressful. I avoided that. Nelvin and his team helped me get the right builder, navigate through the process and provided extensive advice - consistently - the whole way to completion. Nelvin was always available, professional and constantly worked hard to navigate all the ins and outs of my house build. He took the stress away and helped me save money. He is a great listener and we discussed things in a way that I understood and we worked through my ideas and concerns. He had the conversations and managed the process with the builder. He did the clarifying and negotiating. I didn’t realise when I was starting out how important that would be for me. Nelvin worked in a way that was best for me and what I wanted. Important things I was not aware of where considered. I benefitted from Nelvin’s extensive amount of construction, banking and business experience. I think building a home is such a lot of money and there is so much unknown and things that may not go to plan. The risk is daunting and you don’t want to end up with excessive costs and problems. That didn’t happen to me because I had the advice and knowledge Nelvin provided. I can’t express enough how important it was to have someone that I could trust on my side. You can trust Nelvin to do the right thing by you and get you through your building project. He’ll take away the stress, save you money and give you peace of mind. Nelvin's a great dude. Could always count on him to answer my call, no matter of stupid and irrelevant my questions got. This was our first build and while we didn't end up going with one of his panel builders he helped us out throughout the build process anyway. He also has great connections in the industry and the builder reviews on his website was invaluable. Definitely recommend having a chat with him if you're considering building in Brissy.

Buildi (Nelvin) are Indispensable As Melbourne renters approaching retirement we had stuggled to find a solution in finding our forever home.To be closer to family, and a warmer climate, we settled on the Brisbane region. But, with the existing house market rising faster than our budget, we decided to try to build. Living in Melbourne while building in Brisbane, how could we do this...? We had found a morgage broker, was there such a thing as a "Building Broker" to guide us though the many pitfalls of building a new house interstate? We Googled....Answer: "Buildi"! From our first Zoom meeting, Nelvin has been a mine of information, direction, sensible processes, and common sense. To say that Buildi have been "value for money" is a vast understatement. We did travel north to Queensland durng the build, to meet with our preferred buiders "Calloways"(also recommended), and view the house at a couple of stages. Nelvin was on hand each time to meet us, and provided progress reports, advice, and assistance, along the way. We have now reached hand over of our beautful new home. We are rapt with Nelvin's service and attention to detail.
