Brighton Homes has 33 four-bedroom floorplans. Their base prices range between 230,000 to 410,000.
5 bedroom Homes
There are two 5 Bedroom Homes to choose from, both double-storey homes.
The Lotus has a width of 11.28m and a length of 20.20m with a house area of 322m2. It can fit on lot width of 12.50m

Brighton Homes’ home designs are organised into three categories. Below we’ll give a brief rundown of each collection, who the collection is best suited for and a list of what home designs is part of each collection.
Studio Collection
The Studio Collection is basically the middle category of the three.
The Studio Collection has a good all-around selection of what Brighton Homes has to offer. While not as large as the Gallery Collection, there are still a lot of options available. Worth a look for anyone looking at family homes, acreage, narrow lot houses. There are also options for home buyers considering smaller homes (two or three bedrooms).
Gallery Collection
The Gallery Collection is the largest collection Brighton offers, including the builder’s most luxurious and biggest designs.
This category is worth a look for anyone looking for a family home. The Gallery Collection will be of particular interest in acreage, double-storey and narrow lot homes.
Double Storey
Elwood by Brighton
Elwood by Brighton focused on simple, functional homes. As you can see in the list below, the homes are reasonable sizes and all but one have four bedrooms. This collection is good for families (especially those buying their first house).
The collection is limited by design. There aren’t any narrow-lot or acreage homes in this collection so if this is what you’re after, check out the Studio or Gallery collections.
