Burbank homes price list

by | Nov 16, 2022 | Building tips

One of the first questions everyone asks when building a house is “how much will it cost?” This is really one of those “how long is a piece of string” questions, as there are a variety of factors that will affect the cost of your build. In today’s article, we’re going to have a look at Burbank Homes advertised price list. Burbank Homes is a family-owned and operated home builder that has been building homes since 1983 and has options to suit a vast range of budgets.

The purpose of this article is to give an idea of how much customers should expect to pay. It’s important to note that advertised prices aren’t particularly accurate. We recommend adding 15-25% to the advertised price to get a more accurate idea of what you’ll end up paying. Designs will need to be varied depending on the land you’re building on among other factors, and the prices on this blog shouldn’t be considered set in stone.
