Display homes do have their uses, however, it’s important to remember their main purpose is to be an advertisement for the builder. Like most ads, what you see may be misleading. For example, some of the inclusions and fixtures in a display home won’t be part of the standard inclusions, and the builder might not bother to point this out unless you specifically ask.

At North Habour, land prices have started from as low as $211,000 with builders offering promotions, most lots will end up costing you more. Land sizes range from 312m2 to as large as 900m2, so compared to other estates, there actually is a bit of range. Whether lots in all these sizes will be available is a whole different story.
The latest release is called the Falcon Release.

This North Harbour display village is currently in development so while a few homes currently available to visit, some are won’t be open until a later date (most likely late 2022, early 2023, depending on the builder). It’s a rural, fairly quiet area, so anyone who wants to be closer to the city may want to consider another suburb. It is also nearly two hours from the Gold Coast.
